Terms of use
These terms apply to PassRank (“the site”) and to the paid subscription. By using the site you agree to them.
What the site is
PassRank presents DVSA statistics, community posts and practice material about driving test centres. It is independent of the DVSA and does not book, move or cancel driving tests. Nothing on the site is a guarantee of a test result.
What you can buy
There are two ways to pay for the practice features, both handled by Stripe. The 90-day pass is a single payment of £14.99. It does not renew, nothing further is taken, and access ends 90 days after purchase. The monthly subscription is the alternative and is described below.
Subscription
The subscription costs £9.99 a month after a 3-day free trial, billed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues to the end of the paid period and no further payments are taken. If you cancel during the trial you are not charged. Refunds for a period already paid are given where the service was unavailable for a material part of it; ask at [email protected].
Practice routes and 3D drives
Practice routes are generated from OpenStreetMap data around each centre. They are for familiarisation with local roads and are not DVSA test routes. Always follow the Highway Code and the instructions of your instructor and examiner when driving.
Community posts
You keep the copyright in what you post and grant PassRank a licence to display it. Do not post personal details of examiners or other people, content you do not have the right to share, or anything unlawful or abusive. We may hide or remove posts and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Data
DVSA figures are reproduced under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors; road and route data derived from it remains under the Open Database Licence and is available on request. Our own text and design may not be copied without permission; the open dataset at /api/public/centres.json may be reused under the OGL with attribution.
Liability
The site is provided as is. We do our best to keep figures accurate and current but cannot guarantee it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on the site.
